You're taking in a panorama view from the stage of the festival site looking at the north-east. The Kettle River runs by just beyond the tree line and Highway 3 is located behind this view. It's after 3 o'clock, the sun is beaming down, the grasshoppers are a buzzin' and the first act of the day is setting up. You can feel the rhythm transforming the valley as the 12 bar blues erupt.
